A big thank you to Andrew Brookman for helping us find the perfect home!  We were living in Vancouver and searching for a home in the Montreal area so it wasn't an easy task!  Andrew helped us in so many ways, providing updated listings and continuous information on homes that we were interested in.  Due to the pandemic and the speed at which houses were selling, we were unable to make it out to Montreal for any viewings.  So, we purchased our home sight unseen - other than the virtual tour he provided, and also by being present “virtually" to relay real time feedback with the home inspection/inspector (as we weren't able to physically be there for that either).  He also provided us with a checklist as to what to do/expect as we moved forward with the purchase.  As we were from Vancouver, we had little insight as to the home purchase process in Quebec.  He really helped us navigate that as well.

Andrew truly went above and beyond, was wonderfully personable and professional, and made our long distance house purchase task, amazing and enjoyable.  He really found us the perfect home and we are over the top happy with our new place!

We had the pleasure of having Andrew help us in renting a home that had everything we were looking for. He responded to our inquiry immediately and he was super friendly off the bat. He took the time to answer all our questions, and really made us feel comfortable from the get go, at no point did we ever feel rushed. At the same time, once we voiced our interest he got the ball rolling and everything was wrapped up super fast which we appreciated. Looking for a new home can be stressful but Andrew made the experience absolutely delightful, we are so appreciative!
